NeighborHealth offers an integral approach to healthcare and wellness to all our neighbors in the community. Through our programs and partnerships with other community organizations and services, we make sure that all families are well cared for.

Community Healing Response Network
The Community Healing Response Network provides rapid crisis response services for individuals, families and communities impacted by community violence 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Short term case management, coping groups, psychological first aid and consultation services are provided.
Violence Intervention and Prevention (HUB)
HUB is a violence intervention and prevention model. The Hub’s mission is to work with individuals and families that are facing complex challenges and who may need services from more than one community agency. Organizations that form the neighborhood Hub Tables work together to ensure families and individuals are safe, healthy and could thrive.
EASTIE Coalition
The East Boston Alliance for Support, Treatment, Intervention and Education–EASTIE–is a group of community agencies and residents that works with youth, families, community members and leaders to prevent and reduce substance misuse in our community. EASTIE's primary focus is to address mental health stressors, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and health disparities that drive East Boston youth to turn to substances as a coping mechanism.
