Your health and well-being are about more than what’s in a medical chart – it’s in your community, too. At NeighborHealth, we deliver more than just health care – we connect our neighbors with essential wellness resources that address wellness where it starts. Our team of experienced Care Navigators work with communities in Greater Boston on many issues that impact health and well-being in your neighborhood, including:
- Food access, including the NeighborHealth Food Pantry, in partnership with the American Red Cross
- Housing support
- Immigration services
- Financial and Legal assistance
- Support for seniors and people with disabilities
- Educational services
- Childcare options and parenting programs
- Domestic violence support
