Senior Care Options (SCO)

Senior Care Options (SCO) is a comprehensive health plan open to people who qualify for Medicare and MassHealth. It provides coordinated care through NeighborHealth’s senior care organization and network of providers. Members receive the following services and benefits:

• No co-pays
• Access to all medications
• Dental exams and dentures, if needed
• Eyeglasses and hearing aids, if needed
• Easy access to home-care services
• 24-hour-a-day access to your nurse or provider in emergencies

CCA Senior Care Options Enrollment and Eligibility

Enrollment in SCO is voluntary; once a member is enrolled, they may disenroll at any time. You or your loved one is eligible for the Senior Care Program if you or they:

• Are aged 65 or older
• You are eligible for MassHealth Standard and Medicare, and you have no other comprehensive health insurance.
• You live in the CCA Senior Care Options service area, which includes all cities and towns in Bristol, Essex, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester Counties.
