Our mission is to provide easily accessible, affordable, appropriate, high-quality, personalized, coordinated primary care, for all who live and work in East Boston and surrounding communities, without regard to age, income, insurance status, language, culture, social circumstances, or ability to pay. At NeighborHealth, you will not be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

We offer Enrollment Advisors to assist you with an application for Health Safety Net or other government assisted programs. Please call 617-568-4600.

Budget plans and sliding scale discounts based on family size and income are also available; please call our Patient Accounts Department at 617-568-7220 to see if you qualify.
