“I never write reviews, but after my experience today I feel it would be a shame not to give the emergency department 5 stars. EVERYONE was immensely friendly. The wait to be seen was less than 10 minutes. When they put me in a room and told me next would be X-rays, I settled in thinking it would take a while, but no I was in and out of X-ray before I knew it. What’s more I didn’t have health insurance and they sent me to a person who helps you sign up and I had THAT in less than 10 minutes. Since I am less than graceful, I’ve been to the emergency room more than my share of times, but this was by far my best experience. In fact, I usually have someone drive me out to the wealthy suburbs to go to their emergency rooms and this was still faster. Thanks to everyone there!”

“I was just at the [NeighborHealth], and I had the best experience that I ever had at a hospital ever. Dr. Wu explained everything to me, making sure I understood everything and also the Nursing staff was like an all-star team that was very tentative and explained the discharge instructions to me making sure I understood everything, also providing additional information on treatment and what to look out for. Also, I was in and out fast, it was so amazing, even faster than when I had a normal doctor’s appointment scheduled. At [NeighborHealth], you’ll gain the attention of a fine doctor quickly. Twice my family has needed urgent care for a pregnant wife and, soon after, an infant child and waits have been ~15 minutes.”

A lot of people from Everett do not have that option. They must go through the Emergency Room. I moved to Everett and my son, and I will continue to go to [NeighborHealth] because I think they provide excellent service. I do not want to experiment with a new clinic that is closer to me.”

“Visited for Urgent Care. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. I have complicated insurance, and the receptionist knew all about it, copied my card, and that was that. I am so grateful that Dr. Mullin is even more excellent (if that is possible because we loved Jennifer Pfau!) She is so thorough and on the ball. We never wait for anything, and she has her staff calling us all the time to check in. It’s truly gratifying to know that my mother is in great care! My mother has a complex list of issues and it’s not an easy task to take over from another practitioner and Dr. Mullin did it with complete ease. What is most comforting is the genuine care that my family receives from the staff.”

I was able to make two appointments to specialists, visit the pharmacy, and get blood work done all in less than an hour. I am in peak health now and worry free.”
